Need a refresher? Taking Weeks 2 & 3 together can provide a good review
of the phases and stages of labor and appropriate coping strategies.
Couples who know in advance they'll need a c-section find Weeks 5, 6 & 7 to be helpful.
* note that the CPR class can only be included in a package containing at least 2 other classes.
Cost per Couple: $20 materials fee and $40 for each class.

Weekend option:
Day one of the weekend option offers a thorough review of the labor process and a chance to practice skills and techniques as a couple.
Cost per Couple: $25 materials fee and $150 per day attended.

I thought this was a great class and have already recommended it to others. It was very comprehensive, but the material was presented
