Two all day Saturdays. Couples are able to immerse themselves in the labor and birth information, integrating their learning with hands on activities and practice. Still includes breastfeeding and CPR instruction.
Cost: $325/couple for 2 full Saturdays with lunch included
(Payable on the first day of class by check or cash.)

I wanted to feel like I know enough that I'm comfortable about my birthing choices, and I feel that Amy covered all that I needed. I'm very satisfied and impressed.
Amy creates an environment that is relaxed and enjoyable when it is very easy to be nervous and stressed.
Fina's delivery was concise and easy to follow, her temperament was very professional and calming given the subject matter.
Amy was a wonderful informative instructor and I made lasting relationships with two other moms in the class.
Class was awesome mainly because it was so thorough and comprehensive. We learned so much more than just breathing techniques.
Our doctor said that people who'd taken your class always seemed confident, and I can tell you
that I'm confident and excited/eager about the whole process, whereas if I hadn't taken the class I would certainly be scared and unprepared.
I really enjoyed the way you included, challenged, and checked in with the dads. I appreciated the candor, the care, and the expertise.
Overall, a wonderful class, we both really enjoyed it and looked forward to coming to class every week and were bummed when it was over!!! The way you conveyed the content was very enjoyable and comprehensive.
Your class made me think about things other than labor and delivery and you empowered me
to take responsibility to make my son's environment as safe as possible.
I thought this was a great class and have already recommended it to others. It was very comprehensive, but the material was presented
in an engaging, hands-on way that kept it from being dull...My husband groaned a bit at the prospect of a 7-week class but he ended up enjoying the experience as much as I did.
We loved your class! Every time we left class we would say to ourselves "Wow!" That class was great!" We especially appreciated your
insights that came from the nurse's point of view so we understood the hospital dynamics.
I feel more confident and prepared for an emergency!
Humor was great, overall atmosphere took away fears and anxiety, instructors always open to any type of question, no judgment, just open and loving attitude. GREAT
